X-direction in XYZ calculations is inverse #12

Counting negative X when it should be positive.

This could just be issues with the encoders.

I think the issue is with the magnets moving in and out.

Part of it is the magnet being out of alignment. The magnet holder should be printed as a single piece of plastic.

The index seems to tick when the magnetic issue is arising as well, so there is nothing we can do about it. Checking with the index does not seem to fix the issue. Just ensure that the magnets are aligned and that it is not jumping strangely.
