[ ] Check whether typescript core is reusable in babel plugin runtime (to some extent it is, I guess)
[ ] Implement basic xcss transformation
[ ] Implement interpolation from other modules in xcss
[ ] Implement styled transformations

The problem with this feature is that it seems astroturf may soon implement it in their own package, so this might become a wasted effort.

Still, it is a good opportunity to dive into babel plugins.

I can't give any ETAs, yet I hope I will be able to show a prototype in a week or so.
