Native Linux version would be highly appreciated, so it could be used with Jolla Sailfish and Ubuntu Touch too. Maybe with laptop as Flatpak?

This is an Android App, porting to (Desktop) Linux just isn't a thing because it uses entirely different APIs.

I'd suggest taking a look at Jellyfin's Desktop Clients List and see if something fits your needs. Tauon worked well for me but it has some oddities that I didn't like.
