Updated plugin to no longer use Vimeo #66

Updated plugin to no longer require Vimeo on first load.

Vimeo is also entirely removed, since prerolls.video videos are no longer available on Vimeo.

Updated description on page.

Updated README.md

This also enables the user to select which videos in the configured directory are enabled in the plugin config page.

The only reason this isn't an official plugin is due to the Vimeo usage, so I would suggest creating a new repository and pinging someone in Matrix to get it merged into the Jellyfin organization.

I'm actually in the process of giving it the ability to select intros by tag, genre, and and studio, as well as possibly date (there's at least one person who wants to replace all intros during December with a Christmas intro).

Once that's finished, I'll contact them and try to get it merged in as an official plugin. Thanks!
