I suggest that we should develop group of tests, that will be run from time to 
time (Hudson?). Thus we will be able to detect existing and future issues with 
perfomance

I have created ver simple test kit that will allow to easely create and launch 
stress tests in context of hadoop by running
> ant stress-test
You can control load factor in build.properties
