Use the secant method to find a stable angle of attack for stability derivative calculation:

More robust than Brent's method since it does not depend on brackets having different signs
Generally faster to converge, usually takes ~5-6 function calls
Only fails very near the edge of the stable flight envelope

In addition, fix stability labels crashing GUI if any of the values are NaN and show NaN angle of attack if the solver did not converge
