remove duplication of models in matlab and python versions #1

would it be possible to remove links to 1 - TomoPhantom/python/tomophantom/models and instead link all modules to 2 - TomoPhantom/functions/models

test_phantom3d.py certainly refers to 1, may be other modules as well?
