"Unable to retrieve channel info" Error? #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to: 
http://dev.ilgm.com/YouTubeDirect/static/index.html#state=login&playlist=PLsfSUW
WsEiGJ6byLOpTU85hk1J39OPeCg

2.Click Login

What is the expected output? 
I expected the Main YTDL Screen

What do you see instead?
Unable to retrieve channel info. accessNotConfigured: Access Not Configured

What version of the product are you using? 
Just downloaded it today

On what operating system?
Windows Server 2003

Please provide any additional information below.
I have downloaded the source, updated the config.js files as requested, created 
a Play List in the Master account, tried to login (different browser) with a 
different account than the master, get the error. Nothing else has been changed.

However: The link for generating the OAuth Code was different.
Original:

So you answered the question on the other "active" issue - but not this one. 
Any ideas why I am getting this error?

You both need to visit the "Services" tab of 
https://code.google.com/apis/console/ find the "YouTube Data API v3" entry, and 
flip it to "ON". I'll double-check the documentation to make sure that's 
spelled out there—apologies that it wasn't clearer.
