Videos do not appear in "Pending" #36

1. When I try to upload the video from the webcam it does its job but it makes 
it public and does not add to the "Pending" section.
2. Only after some time and lots of refreshes, video appears in the "My YouTube 
Videos" section and after the submit button is pressed it does not appear in 
the "Pending" section. Moreover, it sometimes produces this error: "Submission 
failed. forbidden: Forbidden"
3. Also this error often occurs in the admin page: "Could not create playlist. 
youtubeSignupRequired: Unauthorized (Authorization)"

It sounds like you're not authenticated as a Google Account that has a valid 
YouTube channel associated with it. Could you confirm that you're going through 
the OAuth 2 flow with a Google account that has a YouTube channel?
