Webcam Video Upload Hangs #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User balltennis started recording on Webcam. Stopped. Then tried to upload 
(to People category)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see a message, "Successful Upload" or the like. Instead, there is a 
status indicator whirling constantly on the video's last frame. There is no 
recourse, even if logging out & logging in again. It won't disappear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Current git code from 3 weeks ago. Using on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
--Chrome browser.
--The video is only about 2-3 seconds long.
--The video cannot be found on my YouTube channel.

The issue is resolved. Apparently, there was a time lag of about 30 minutes 
before the video finally appeared in the Admin page.
