Crash when loading 7.1 audio device #3690

Aqua reported this crash:

Exception 0xc0000005 thrown: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Error: Attempt to write to inaccessible memory address.

It crashes on the intro video when he uses his speakers, but not when he uses his headset. It only started crashing on alpha 4220, which was #3573, it worked fine on older versions.

The speakers he uses are 7.1 speakers, logitech g560.
