'Reveal map' does not reveal gold locations #540

When using the 'Reveal map' dungeon special or cheat the entire map is revealed.

When after using the special new rooms are made by rival keepers, the new ground is
also revealed. However, when gold is mined the new ground keeps the fog of war. This
is inconsistent, and should also be revealed.

Last reproduced in r1660, but present since forever.

This is inconsistent but at this point it's a game mechanic and I see there is a dead PR related to this issue.
