Null pointer error on From/To, Snapshot reports #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run reports on user's data file.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program crashes, errorfile produced.

Appears to be caused whenever an Investment Account is present, with associated 
securities and security transactions, but without Investment Account-level 
transactions.
