Can't initiate playback of specific song if Spotify isn't streaming already #128

Proposed solution when a song is selected from search results and nothing is being played:

  1. Begin playing any song (Play/Pause endpoint)
  2. Immediately thereafter play selected song

Will likely not resolve all cases but will remedy the issue significantly.
