Error with gradle 4.4 and Android Studio 3.1 #74

Muy buena libreria, pero al actualizar a gradle 4.4 con android studio 3.1, el proyecto deja de compilar con un error el cual dice de la siguiente manera:

Cannot create variant 'android-lint' after configuration ':nexusdialog:debugRuntimeElements' has been resolved

Please Help
