Option to use the fixedElements add-on #26

This pull request adds the options to the mmenu-modules to activate (add to TL_JAVASCRIPT) the fixedElements mmenu add-on. Translations are done for german and english. French and russion should better be done by someone else :)

Looks fine :). Sorry, didn't have much time - also I'd like to refactor this extension completely in the future.. if I ever have the time.

But you should fix the indentations first.

@fritzmg No problem, I know how short time is.

I hope I now fixed all codestyle problems.
