Addition of addRack and duplicate folder fixes

Duplicate folder changes and some other minor changes:

Removal of outdated/accidentally included EG_Spectator_Mode folder with the updated eg_spectator_mode folder
Removal of outdated/accidentally included disconnect_Control folder with the updated disconnect_control folder
Removal of "&" from author credit of disconnect_control with "and".
Removed extraneous white-space lines from eg_spec and disconnect_control
Inclusion of ai_attack changes still on dev branch

And the big one,

addRack functionality
- Allows the user to add racks to objects through arrays of parameters
- ~~(A function which can be called dynamically will be made soon™️ as this functionality will also be a part of the UOFW)~~
- I've decided against including this as a function as the command needed to do the exact same thing is already provided by ACRE2, no need to create redundancies through the framework.
