Install wp-shopify 2.0 plugin and style #36

Initial 2.0 install and style: dannahgresh.com (staging2)

Port install & styles to mytruegirl.com (staging4)

1) install new plugin version 2.0 & configure w/ shopify 2) ensure sync working properly (requires manual sync, not live syncing) 3) reconfigure design (brand new HTML / css structure) 4) Port design & styles to mytruegirl.com

See existing staging2 (dannahgresh.com) design layout for example styles

BUG: dannahgresh.com/store no longer works (no products found)

BUG: staging2.dannahgresh.com/store has products, but often I get spinny wheels on all products like this:

UPDATE » @petedetweiler is going to fix up dannahgresh.com - so @dknieriem you'll just need to port over to true girl once he's done

@dknieriem OK great news - this is working now on dannahgresh.com and ready to be ported over to True Girl.

I MAY need to re-set up the shopify side of things so you can pull it in properly - I'm getting API errors on that. I'll look into that on my end but you are free to start working on this whenever you have a chance.

@timshutes It looks like dannahgresh.com is using the basic WP Shopify plugin, not pro, do we want to go back to that version of the plugin?

@dknieriem sorry to do this to you - let's hold off on fixing this for true girl, they are willing to deprioritize this to save a little $ and prioritize other projects instead.
