As a user I want to use a Plugin in SSMS to generate data on a selected table #184

Create a plugin for SSMS that will generate data using the same rules as the 
application.

Make it easy as a first implementation:

Right click on table
Select Generate test data
The application opens up, with all the connectionstrings set
The table is selected in the list.
The user can run the application.
