[Suggestion] Plugin loaded time optimization #83

This is an awesome plugin! But I noticed that it cost much more time than other plugins when my VIM was starting. 2019-03-02 13-24-32 I found that there is too much in plugin/ directory. In my opinion, you can some functions into autoload/ directory to make plugin be loaded more quickly.

How do you think about this?
