UBY-LMF DTD is outdated #112

The current DTD does not match the Java model - recent changes e.g. PredicateArgumentAxis
are missing

- MetaData
- Equivalent
- PredicateArgumentAxis, please also check SenseAxis, SenseAxisRelation
