Refactor tests in GermaNet converter #124

currently the tests are set to @Ignore, because they take too long and depend on the WordNet module.

Moreover they test trivial things and to not include meaningful test cases.

In the future, they should use an embedded DB with WordNet for the InterlingualIndex converter test cases.
