IMSLex-Subcat: MonolingualExtRef system should be lemma rather than sense #142

The current converter uses "IMSLex_2012-06-17_deu_sense" as the external system. Since it only links to word forms/lemmas, we should use the external system identifer "IMSLex_2012-06-17_deu_lemma" instead.
