FrameNet integration: adapt PredicateRelation relType and relName to terminology used in ERelTypeSemantics and ERelNameSemantics #32

The FrameNet converter introduces PredicateRelation instances such as 

<PredicateRelation target="FN_SemanticPredicate_517" relType="fn_frame_relation"
relName="inherits_from"/>

This is to be harmonized with the naming conventions introduced in ERelTypeSemantics
and ERelNameSemantics, e.g. camel Case, avoiding reference to the name of the source
lexicon if possible etc
