Add new axis "PredicateArgumentAxis" #66

add this axis in the multilingual package:

Attributes:

 id
semanticPredicateOne: IDREF
semanticPredicateTwo: IDREF
semanticArgumentOne: IDREF
semanticArgumentTwo: IDREF
axisType 

lexiconOne, lexiconTwo: String (LexiconId)
    confidence: double
    metaDataId: String

Do we need a new enum for axisType? If yes, what are the possible values?

we do not need a new enum for axisType at the moment - right now String is fine, until
we have gained a better understanding what kinds of PredicateArgumentAxis will be instantiated
