implement Uby annotators that use in-memory DBs #86

in order to attract new users, some easy to use Uby (UIMA) annotators should be provided
that demonstrate how information from Uby is used in a particular pipeline setting
(often corresponds to a specific use case)

the annotators should use in-memory versions of Uby DBs.

I already tested the import of Uby-WordNet as XML file into an in-memory H2 DB which
works (although it takes long - ca 10 min)

so candidates for these annotators are: WordNet, FrameNet, VerbNet, possibly even the
combination of these three
