What is the current behavior? Timers run late in the evenings get rolled into the following day on the visualizations page

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce Run a timer in the evening. Observe stats

What is the expected behavior? Timers should be visible on the same day.

Other information Not sure exactly where this issue begins. It may be a rats nest...

I haven't seen this issue lately. I think it may have been deprecated in a previous branch.
