beautify github pages and fix links #22

Github pages documentation is now available at

https://dkriegner.github.io/micro-flakes/

But the links do not work. I believe they need to be relative. and one might want to change the theme

should the documention be built only from the contents of the doc folder? Since you now created the welcome.md file it seems to me that one should not have included the readme file. I am not sure if welcome does not need to be named index?
