realistic beam shape in XRR #96

in XRR the beam shape in experiments determines the decrease of intensity at low angles. Currently only a box shape is considered in the model. More realistic options (Gaussian?, or box with tails?) should be available.

Likely this will correlate with other parameters like sample size?

fixed by 41f389cdef2f20c670159064a76fefeea376fe3b

introduces only minor changes to the simulations but depending on the experimental conditions could be the more correct approach... Of course the I0 and beam_width parameters behave slightly different... Since with the Gaussian shape the increase of intensity on the sample has not a sudden end the roughnesses are slightly effected when fitting...
