Tutorial code snippets aren't visible #162

Hi, both TidalCycles and Punctual tutorials have the same problems. I tried on Firefox and on Chromium and the issue persisted.

Thanks for filing this issue! The medium term plan is to radically redo the way these tutorials work so there is much less text on each page, but in the meantime (soon!) I will make a quick fix to make the old ones visible/readable. More soon...
