This is a PR in preparation for the rename to Axiom.
I would like to have PRs for the veritas* gems I maintain ready and then "flip the switch" nearly all at once.
Repos with the same name as the old repos will also need to be created with the same history, except the very last commit should remove all the files except for a README pointing to the new location.
