No, is not the problem. First, http://google.it is a valid url (try to open it
in
your browser), second, connection don't work at all. I think you believe me a
complete idiot ;-)

This problem happen to other users (see modaco threads about 3G), and last
Drigerott's rom (http://www.batista70phone.net/b70p-t4976.html) seems to
resolve bug.
Unluckily for you, the forum is in my language, italian... I tested the rom and,
since yesterday, connection seems to work well.
However, thank you for your time. I hope you can resolve this problem also in
LCR.

Hi Malez, nothing, same problem either with standard settings and with high
settings
(LCR 1.6). But this time i found the source of the problem: DNS. If i use mobile
connection only, all ok. If i use WiFi and after i switch to 2G or 3G, i cannot
browsing. NSlookup doesn't work, but if i do a ping to a numeric IP address,
like
8.8.8.8, connection works. So, the problem seems relative to DNS: apparently,
when i
switch from WiFi to 2G/3G, system don't reset DNS server. I want point up that
with
Android 1.6 roms this problem never happen: i got this problem from 0.008 bins
for
Liquid E. Very strange!

After many experiments i found the evil component: Toggle Data widget. I
uninstalled
this app, i rebooted phone and i have reset apn: now switching to WiFi/3G don't
cause
any problems. I think Android 2.1 dont't like widgets that closes mobile
connection
via a fake APN...

It's shame but I met this problem too, when I was on LCR 1.8
Thank's that I had NetCOunter installed, so I saw that I'm downloading unwanted
data.
