As of Eclipse Kepler, the use of -XStartOnFirstThread is a built-in launch 
config attribute, and making it an explicit argument is not necessary.

I made the changes in the attached patch to the plugin, which uses the 
attribute, and recompiled it. This prevents issues when sharing a launch config 
file across multiple OS platforms.
