Update Cloud Endpoints documentation to explain the @ApiNamespace and @ApiMethod annotations #192

Now that GPE is using these annotations in endpoint classes that it generates, 
we should explain to users how/why they are used, and how they affect the 
generation of the client library structure.

We'll also have to update any code samples that we have as part of the GPE 
docs.
