[GWT] GPE should be able to use GWT jars from Eclipse classpath #211

Right now when configuring the GWT SDK classpath container, you have to choose 
an SDK that is configured within Eclipse.

A lot of projects manage jars via maven/ivy/whatever.

It seems like GPE should be able to use these jars, if possible.

I'd suggest adding a 3rd option of GWT SDK:

* Use default SDK
* Use specific SDK (drop down)
* Use classpath SDK

Any chance to give it a higher priority? 

Its really annoying when using Gradle/Ivy/whatever (I think with Maven it 
actually works). Especially for people using the now available nightly SNAPSHOT 
releases of GWT its a real nightmare.
