What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to download google plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

HTTP Server Unknown HTTP Response Code 
(302):https://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.3/content.xml
General connection error with response code=302

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Every operation system.

Please provide any additional information below.
302 - the google site says. Where is no proxy or firewall
