Allow Toggling Block Selection in GWT Java Editor #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a file in the GWT Java Editor
2. Try to Toggle Block Selection (toolbar, ctrl-3, command-3, whatever)
3. Fail
4. Open a file in the normal Eclipse Java Editor
5. Toggle Block Selection
6. Select a Block

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to toggle block selection when editing Java code. I can 
live with GWT having its own editor, but I would prefer it not to remove 
features that are already present in the normal Java editor.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- OS X 10.8.2
- "Google Suite Plugin 3.1.2.v201211121240-rel-r42"
