Is it possible to provide a very short example of your data? It's not clear how the 38-element vector fits your description of the data in the Data directory. Another point is that it is impossible to prove your concept with the given code and data (no data). It's not clear if this model can train anything at all. What I mean is that one cannot reproduce the training cycle you have described and published.
I would be very glad if you could share a very simple data probe, just to have a sense that the code works.
