Bane effect toggle #181

Would it be possible to add a "bane effect applies" toggle in the custom sim for welfare adventurers with bane passives?

Not many characters would need such a thing, might add it if prints are released with class banes.

For now you can math the effect by * (punisher% + bane%)/(punisher%)
