When viewing the list of character simulation page, enabling both the settings "0% Affliction" and "Element Lock" causes the builds for Gala Prince and his 70MC variant to use 4* Cleo. No other combination causes this and (as far as I'm aware) is the only build that has this problem. The custom sim appears to have correct builds cached already.
