Gala Elisanne S2 bugged #223

It appears that GElly S2 is not being simmed - adding or removing it from the custom sim does not change DPS or make it show up as a slice in the visual display. Maybe there is an unintuitive way to trigger it, but even the default sim setup isn't successful in calling it.
