As a matter of fact it appears that most sysops do not update their hosts file. If they do there are dozens of different sources which do not match together. This situation leaves the repeater users unable to connect to wherever they want to (I am a true defender of the "repeaters-shall-be-able-to-connect-everywhere" principle). Thus this pull request.
The list is downloaded at startup. Only DCS and XRF are parsed. Because of to much conflicting names, DPlus are ignored.
The downloaded list has higher priority than hosts files. For the time being this is like this unless something else is required.
