Didn't you say you were running an Icom controller? https://nw-digital-radio.groups.io/g/udrc/wiki/1391#A-Repeater-on-an-Icom-ID-RP2C -- your port looks wrong and as I recall all the repeaters on an RP2C should be at the same port and address.

we have the 2meter and 440 modules of the icom repeater with a dstar controler.
I have the modem and network tabs set up as in manual to no avail.
running out of chioces.
