Hi,

I wrote a utility that sends DPRS data. I think it would be cool to have it in the "main package". In the mean time I extended slow data encoding to support data interleaving.

Thank you ! In order to make maintenance simpler, shouldn't the other programs (DStarRepeater etc ...) use the same SlowDataEncoder ?
