URL handing only works for messages received at login #3

The chat uses tags only for messages received at login. Later the URLs are not marked specifically:

CR|2|1704478682|DL8AAU|Alex|0| test: http_link|DL8AAU|

CH|2|1704479969|DL8AAU|Alex|0| http://www.darc.de|DL8AAU|

The code to display URLs does not work for the "CH" version
