Local GPS Data transmitted per default. #221

After a fresh installation of the firmware, no GPS data should be transmitted from the location. "Sondehub location report" is currently set to "3" in the sondehub settings. Better is default "0".

In the default configuration, SondeHub reporting is disabled, and no position reports should be sent at all, independent of the location report setting. If you activate SondeHub reporting, you should check and adjust all settings anyway.

However, possibly a recent reorganisation has introduced a situation in which position reports are sent in this case without enabling reporting. I will have to take a closer look, but if that is the case, it would probably be better to fix this instead of changing the default value.

OK, I agree with you. But regardless of the activation of the SondeHub data transmission, the GPS data is currently transmitted.
