Updates the contents of R Visualization #13

This PR substantially updates the contents of the R Visualization.

Substantially changes wording, section headers
Adds the introduction from Python Viz (Closes #4).
Removes coloring in base R box plot (Closes #3).
Remove extraneous folders (Closes #10).
