Consider adding section on Disclosure avoidance #15

Will there be a section on disclosure limitation/avoidance in research outputs? I consider this the final measure of protection when working with secure data. I drafted a doc on Data De-Identification and Disclosure Limitation Techniques for working with Zillow ZTRAX data that could be made more generally applicable.
