Update Titlz help info with data backup section. #124

Now that iTunes file sharing is enabled users can copy their database to their local machines to make backups. Add a section to the Titlz help describing how to copy the file back and forth.

The web site page has been updated. I will push the changes to the production server once the app has been released to the app store.
