Using tags as a filter in the admin #200

I'd like to have a tag field as a filter in the admin, but when I try it
just outputs the tags from each object such, e.g., "tag 1, tag 2, tag 3" is
output just like that, and all one link. I'd like to have a tag cloud, or a
least just a list of individual unique tags. How can I do this? Thanks for
the help.
